<html><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; "><!--StartFragment--> <div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Volunteers Needed for Waterfowl Census Dec 3 & 4<o:p></o:p></span></div> <div class="MsoNormal"> <o:p></o:p></div> <div class="MsoNormal">During the first week-end in December the Cape Cod Bird Club is conducting a census of the lakes and ponds on Cape Cod for waterfowl (grebes, loons, geese, ducks and coot).<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Now in its 29<sup>th</sup> year, the Cape Cod Waterfowl Census is an excellent way for bird enthusiasts, regardless of their expertise, to gather useful data and make a meaningful contribution to our knowledge of the Massachusetts avifauna.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Volunteers are needed for teams covering the lakes and ponds in Falmouth.</div> <div class="MsoNormal"> <o:p></o:p></div> <div class="MsoNormal">On Saturday, December 3<sup>rd</sup> from 9 am – noon Molly Cornell from The 300 Committee is leading a survey of ponds in West and North Falmouth.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Meet behind the West Falmouth post office to carpool.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>For details please call 508-540-7652.</div> <div class="MsoNormal"> <o:p></o:p></div> <div class="MsoNormal">On Sunday, December 4<sup>th</sup> from 9 am – 3 pm Alison Robb of Nature’s Circle will lead a survey of lakes and ponds in another section of Falmouth.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span><span style="font-family:Palatino;color:black">We shall start at 9 am at Woodneck Beach off Sippewissett Road, visit 12 sites, and finish around 3 pm in Waquoit.
