<b>Blue Lobster Bowl (MA State NOSB) 2012 Applications Available</b><br><br>The MIT Sea Grant College Program is now accepting <a href="http://seagrant.mit.edu/BLB-2012-intentform.pdf" target="_blank">Team Intent Forms</a> from Massachusetts teachers who want to bring a team to the Blue Lobster Bowl!<br>
<br>The <a href="http://seagrant.mit.edu/blb.php" target="_blank">Blue Lobster Bowl</a>, Massachusetts' regional marine science quiz bowl, is one of the 25 annual regional competitions that comprise the National Ocean Sciences Bowl (NOSB) competition. During the full-day competition, teams of high school students are quizzed on their knowledge of ocean science subjects including chemistry, biology, engineering, history, ecology, climate change, and weather.<br>
<br>The Blue Lobster Bowl includes up to 24 teams from Massachusetts high schools.<b> We welcome new schools and offer a mentor partnering program</b>, in which new coaches can be paired with experienced coaches or MIT Grad students who will help team members with their study skills.<br>
