Learn about their multi-faceted business, which includes crops, livestock, forestry products, greenhouse and potted plants, compost production, and upland and wetland habitat protection. Then learn how to find wild, edible greens and how they are used for medicinal purposes at the Great Cape Herbs farm. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal> <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>September 28: From the Sea to Your Table</b><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Local fisherman Jason Weisman will share his experiences in providing fresh, local seafood – and introduce you to the newest delicacies from the bottom of the food chain.
