<DIV>A SPECIAL DAY FOR ENVIRONMENTALISTS</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Winter on the coast of New England can be a difficult
experience. The headline for today's front page in the "Cape
Cod Times" simply says, "It's about survival right now."
People can freeze to death.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>You're invited to a new kind of energy celebration, on Groundhog Day in
Falmouth, Massachusetts.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The Falmouth Service Center works to provide food and fuel assistance, and
other forms of assistance, to</DIV>
<DIV>needy families on Cape Cod.... In recent months, the Center has been
improving its energy use in order to</DIV>
<DIV>reduce energy costs. The money saved - and it has already
been significant - is used to support community services. So
this is a "winning situation" for conservationists and others.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>On Wednesday afternoon, February 2nd, the Falmouth Service Center will host
a Groundhog Day celebration. The celebration will begin at
2:00 pm. All people are invited.... There will be tours
of the building and a presentation about energy
conservation. Information on fuel assistance programs
and energy conservation programs that help low-income people will be
presented.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The Sierra Club will provide a cake for the occasion, with Fair Trade
coffee and cocoa.</DIV>

<DIV>The Falmouth Service Center is located at 611 Gifford Street, in
