<b>SEA GRANT CALL FOR PRE-PROPOSALS</b><br>

The Woods Hole Sea Grant (WHSG) program is pleased to announce two
funding opportunities for research projects during the 2012-2014
cycle.

The program is accepting pre-proposals for its regular 2012-2014
omnibus, with a <b>deadline for submission of Feb. 22 at 5 p.m.</b>
In keeping with the strategic plans of the National Sea Grant
College Program and Woods Hole Sea Grant, the theme areas for
2012-2014 are Fisheries and Aquaculture, Estuarine and Coastal
Processes and Marine Policy. However, pre-proposals representing
other areas will be considered. <br>

In addition, this year a separate Request for Proposals has been
released by the Northeast Sea Grant College Consortium to solicit
research projects on a regional scale. This RFP will be focused on
the “Human Dimensions of Coastal and Marine Ecosystems.” Details can

Individuals interested in the WHSG omnibus are encouraged to attend
an open meeting discussing the process on Feb. 15 at 2 p.m. in
WHOI's Redfield Auditorium, 45 Water Street, Woods Hole.<br>
