12.0pt'>On Saturday, December 11 at </span></font>2 pm the Cape Cod Museum of
Natural History will present <i><span style='font-style:italic'>Cape Cod
National Seashore: The First 50 Years </span></i>with Daniel Lombardo.<i><span
style='font-style:italic'> </span></i>$3/Member, $5/Non-Member.<br>

Encompassing 44,000 acres of forest, marsh, bog and ponds, and stretching 40
miles from Chatham to Provincetown, the Cape Cod National Seashore has
preserved a significant portion of the Cape environment. <br>
<br>
Daniel Lombardo, author, writer and theater director, will speak on his new
book, <i><span style='font-style:italic'>Cape Cod National Seashore: The First
50 Years</span></i>, from the political drama of its creation to the history of
early Native American settlements, whaling, shipwrecks, lighthouses, windmills,
and dune shacks that populate the story of this spectacular seashore.<br>

A book signing will follow the program.</p>
