Buzzards Bay seeks a creative and energetic professional to serve as
Vice-President of Education & Public Engagement for this rapidly growing
regional conservation organization. The full-time position reports directly to
the President and joins a talented management team and dedicated Board of
Directors.<BR><BR>In 2008, The Coalition completed an extensive strategic
planning process in which its supporters and community leaders called on the
organization to expand its efforts to ignite public action to restore Buzzards
Bay today and to sustain Bay stewardship for generations to come. The
Vice-President of Education and Public Engagement position has been created in
response to this need and will be responsible for the creation and
implementation of all aspects of the Coalition’s education programs for the
general public, key decision-makers in government and business, and young
people.<BR><BR>The ideal candidate will bring more than 5 years of education,
communications or natural resource management experience, a proven track record
of success in organizations of equal or greater size, excellent interpersonal
and communication skills; and a passion for Buzzards Bay. In return, the
