formation of the new inlet in April 2007, its continued development since that time
and some of the physical changes as well as current and future management

on that present a possible scenario of inlet development 50 years into the

style='font-size:11.0pt;font-weight:bold'>Ted Keon</span></font></b><font
size=2><span style='font-size:11.0pt'> is the Director of the Coastal Resources
Department with the Town of </span></font><font size=2><span style='font-size:
11.0pt'>Chatham</span></font><font size=2><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>.
Mr. Keon is the primary liaison for </span></font><font size=2><span
style='font-size:11.0pt'>Chatham</span></font><font size=2><span
style='font-size:11.0pt'>'s marine and shoreline related activities. He
oversees the planning and implementation of projects affecting </span></font><font
size=2><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>Chatham</span></font><font size=2><span
style='font-size:11.0pt'>'s waterways, coastal shorelines and water dependent
infrastructure and also provides oversight of </span></font><font size=2><span
style='font-size:11.0pt'>Chatham</span></font><font size=2><span
style='font-size:11.0pt'>'s town </span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
11.0pt'>landings and water access. Prior to his position with </span></font><font
size=2><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>Chatham</span></font><font size=2><span
style='font-size:11.0pt'>, Mr. Keon was the Chief of the Coastal Planning
Section of the Philadelphia District of the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers. .</span></font></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><b><font size=2 face="Times New Roman"><span
style='font-size:11.0pt;font-weight:bold'>Graham S. Giese</span></font></b><font
size=2><span style='font-size:11.0pt'> is co-founder and a Senior Scientist at
the </span></font><font size=2><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>Provincetown</span></font><font
size=2><span style='font-size:11.0pt'> </span></font><font size=2><span
style='font-size:11.0pt'>Center</span></font><font size=2><span
style='font-size:11.0pt'> for Coastal Studies, where he currently serves as
Director of the Land and Sea Interaction Program. Dr. Giese is also an
Oceanographer Emeritus at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, and has
over 50 years experience in the fields of coastal geology and coastal
oceanography. </span></font></p>
