of Cape Cod and Massachusetts, coastal landforms, sand studies, erosion, waves,

models, and games to bring the world of salt water into the classroom. This

spring, millions of shorebirds migrate from their winter homes to their summer
nesting grounds in the north. This course will introduce the amazing stories of
our local shorebirds using activities and projects integrated with math,
biology, and earth science concepts. A field study at the shore will be
