hike. We will travel through woodland trails, field, and beachfront

<st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Bay</st1:PlaceType></st1:place> from the bluff.
Learn about the historic buildings of the old Sargent Estate that have been
converted for modern use, then warm up in the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName
w:st="on">Visitor</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Center</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>
