<DIV>The Sierra Club's Cape Cod Group will present its annual John Muir lecture
on Saturday evening, April 22, in Falmouth. It's Earth
Day. John Muir was born on April 21st.</DIV>

<DIV>Augusta McKusick is the featured speaker for the Sierra Club's April 22nd
program. She is the chairwoman for Barnstable County's Wastewater
Implementation Committee. Her presentation is called "Wasatewater
Management, Solving the Politics."</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The April 22nd program will begin at 6:30 pm, at the Unitarian Universalist
church, at 840 Sandwich Road in East Falmouth. Admission is
free. The building is accessible for people with disabilities.

<DIV>As part of the program, special awards will be presented to two
environmentalists who have long been active on Cape Cod.... David
Dow and Wendi Buesseler will both be honored...</DIV>
<DIV>David Dow has been the Sierra Club's representative in responding to
conditions at the Massachusetts Military Reservation. He has been
prominent in many other projects. Wendi Buesseler has been
especially active in helping to preserve the Coonamessett River.</DIV>
