Research Reserve System (NERRS)is working on the </span></font></p>

style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"'>development of a new teacher
training program. This program is called TOTE </span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='text-autospace:none'><font size=2 face="Courier New"><span
style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"'>(Teachers on the Estuary).
This new program would offer teachers hands-on, </span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='text-autospace:none'><font size=2 face="Courier New"><span
style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"'>field-based professional
development opportunities at the NERRS sites each </span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='text-autospace:none'><font size=2 face="Courier New"><span
style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"'>summer. We are asking for
your professional input as we develop TOTE. We </span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='text-autospace:none'><font size=2 face="Courier New"><span
style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"'>want TOTE to be the best
program it can be, and will accomplish that only </span></font></p>

suggestions from teachers with your background. </span></font></p>
