<P>thanks for <STRONG>feather function </STRONG>it's great! But in any case I have not well understood like using it. </P>
<P>If the example is:</P>
<P>theta=(-90:10:90)*pi/180</P>
<P>r=2*ones(size(theta))</P>
<P>[u,v]=pol2cart(theta,r)</P>
<P>feather(u,v)</P>
<P>if Theta represents the angle of the direction of my current:<BR></P>
<UL>
<LI>-90 and 90 and pi/180 define the quadrants in which the vectors are orients ?</LI>
<LI>what is r ? I understand that it's a matrix that have the same size of theta but i don't have understood why it's necessary.</LI>
<LI>u and v components of vectors are define in a system of coordinates whit the function plo2cart, but they are not the values of my current?</LI></UL>
<P>Anyway if I have a array of u (x component), the heading of my current expressed in degrees, and the time of data capture,how I can realize a diagram similar to that product from the feather function?</P>
<P>I hope that there is someone that it wants to explain like to do.</P>
