travel to a maximum of four Caribbean countries and
facilitate a Regional Workshop. Interested candidates
should have a minimum of eight years in-depth
experience in organizational analysis, with
demonstrated expertise in integrated coastal zone
management, environmental economics, natural resource
management and/or coastal planning. Previous
experience working with multilateral and bilateral
organizations in the Caribbean and Centers of
