of habitat restoration projects that meet program
priorities and align with NOAA Fisheries goals and

Conservation and Management Act and the Endangered
Species Act. Will evaluate and guide technically sound
and effective habitat restoration projects in
collaboration with project partners and technical
staff by applying knowledge of fish biology, ecology,
coastal and marine ecosystems, and habitat restoration
techniques. Will provide oversight and technical
assistance to financial assistance award recipients to
ensure that programmatic and technical goals are being
met through the implementation of habitat restoration
projects; support the development of appropriate
environmental compliance documentation, including
National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
documentation; assist in the development of
communication materials related to habitat restoration
activities and accomplishments; and maintain
restoration project data in applicable program
databases and online grants management systems.</span></li>
