<span style="" class="">2. The hires are at the Lecturer level, but there are opportunities for promotion, given the correct portfolio for more experienced candidates, that we have witnessed over the past couple of years.</span></div>

<span style="" class="">3. We are interested in building strength in molecular ecology/evolution in Bangor and historically, applicants in these fields are strong, but with 3 positions available, the remit is broad and so we would ideally like to see strong
applications from molecular ecologists, evolutionary biologists and generally across the board of ecology, from genes to ecosystems.</span></div>
