the strategy to boost market access and capture additional value for small-scale fishers who have adopted sustainable fishing practices at our Fish Forever project sites.<br>

The ideal candidate is dynamic, entrepreneurial, and well-versed in sustainable fisheries supply chains, particularly those for small-scale fisheries. S/he will direct the Fish Forever Market Interventions Team – a cross-organizational, global team providing

CORE FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
Under the direction of the MPA Management Committee through the Fisheries Division, the MPA Manager<br>
will be responsible for the day to day management, administration and operations of the MPA site level work program and to co-ordinate and implement all its activities.<br>

More specifically, the Manager will be required to:<br>
1.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Supervise and manage the activities of all MPA Rangers assigned to Marine Protected Areas.<br>
2.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Assist in the coordination and the implementation of the MPA work programme as directed by the Fisheries Division.<br>
3.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Work closely with the National MPA Coordinator in the establishment of new Marine Protected Areas, and in implementing new and ongoing MPA related projects.<br>
4.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Prepare all related monthly work programs and reports relating to established MPA?s.<br>
5.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>In collaboration with the National MPA Coordinator, prepare project proposals for funding opportunities.<br>
6.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Assist with MPAS public education and MPA awareness activities.<br>
7.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Assist with preparation of special reports as may be assigned by the Fisheries Division.<br>
8.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Assist with all monitoring and evaluation programs in established MPA?s including biophysical and socioeconomic monitoring.<br>

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<br>

</span>degree from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in Environmental Management, Natural Resource Management, Marine Science or Management or related field.<br>

III.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Experience in the area of office management including: human resource management, financial management and reporting;
