Fellowship</div>
<div> The American Institute of Physics (AIP) is <a
href="http://www.aip.org/gov/fellowships/sdf.html"><u>accepting</u></a>
applications for the 2014-15 State Department Science Fellowship
until November 1<sup>st</sup>.</div>
<div>
<p>The person selected for the fellowship will work at the State
Department’s Washington, DC headquarters and earn a $70,000
stipend. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in physics or a
closely-related field. Since AIP will be reviewing the
applications, this process is not affected by the government
shutdown.</p>
