                      The Coral Reef Watch (CRW) is a NOAA program,
                      residing within the NOAA/NESDIS Center for
                      Satellite Applications and Research (STAR), that
                      utilizes remote sensing, modeled, and in situ data
                      for near-real-time and long-term monitoring,
                      modeling, and reporting of physical environmental
                      conditions influencing coral reef ecosystems. The
                      Scientific Analyst II/Support Scientist II will
                      develop coral reef environmental monitoring
                      products and develop software for the CRW Work
                      Activity. These products and software are mainly
                      based on satellite sea surface temperature (SST)
                      measurements (from geostationary and polar

                  Training Program in Arctic Atmospheric Science
                  (CREATEAAS). Using measurements from the Polar
                  Environment Atmospheric Research Laboratory (PEARL) at
                  Eureka, Nunavut, and measurements from other sites
                  around the Arctic and the rest of the globe, the
                  Probing the Atmosphere of the High Arctic (PAHA)
                  project will investigate the atmosphere of the
                  Canadian high Arctic.<br>

                  The high Arctic is changing rapidly and these changes
                  are important, both within the region and as their
                  influence propagates out to lower latitudes.
                  Postdoctoral fellows are needed for projects on

                  measurements (University of Toronto), clouds and
                  aerosols (Universite de Sherbrooke), the polar vortex
                  (University of Saskatchewan), mesospheric observations
                  (University of New Brunswick), lidar measurements

                  development and interests of the candidates and the
                  PAHA project, there may be opportunity for fieldwork
                  at PEARL. This would entail working in the high Arctic

                    Restoration Foundation offers internships throughout
                    the year for young, marine conservation minded
                    individuals. The internship is designed to introduce
                    individuals to the non-profit sector of marine
                    conservation, focusing on the restoration of coral
                    reef ecosystems. The successful applicants will gain
                    a range of experiences including office organization
                    and field skills which include maintaining CRF’s
                    Upper Keys coral nurseries and outplanting corals
                    onto the reefs. The program is geared towards those
                    enrolled in an undergraduate program, graduate
                    program, or individuals who are recent graduates.</span></p>

                    performing aquarium maintenance. Dive days occur 2-4
                    times a week, where interns assist CRF staff with
                    various activities including maintenance in CRF’s
                    offshore nurseries, outplanting corals to designated
                    restoration sites throughout the Upper Keys, and
