</u>Oral and poster presentations will only be considered from those
working on US HAB problems, but foreign participants may attend on a
space-available basis. At the first and second US HAB symposia,
we were able to accommodate some foreign participants. Those
foreign workers expressing an interest in attending will be placed on
a waiting list and notified once the registration deadline has
passed.<br>
