<P><FONT FACE="Arial">The 8th Canadian Workshop on Harmful Marine Algae (CWHMA) was held during May 28-30, 2003, at the Gulf Fisheries Centre, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT FACE="Arial">A reminder to those participants who wish to publish extended abstracts (2-3 pages) or full papers (up to 10 pages) in the Proceedings, the deadline for submission is July 1. Manuscripts may be sent directly to me or to cwhma.glf@dfo-mpo.gc.ca.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT FACE="Arial">The journal Harmful Algae (</FONT><A HREF="http://www.elsevier.com/locate/hal"><U><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial">http://www.elsevier.com/locate/hal</FONT></U></A><FONT FACE="Arial">) will also consider publishing the manuscripts, and will credit the CWHMA as the source.
