Hi, These are probably silly NSF questions, but I am caught in the PAPPG loop regarding letters of collaboration. </div>

Understandably we would need letters of collaboration from unfunded collaborations and subaward institutions, but do we need to have them from non-lead collaborators?</div>

Also, when you have 4 non-lead collaborators and quite a few letters of support, should the descriptions of what the supporter will provide to the project be included in the appropriate non-lead facilities statements, or should all LOCs be in the lead institution
