Hi Everyone,
I'll be back tomorrow, but I wanted to send a couple of screen shots
explaining how to access the per diem site.
It is there with https: but the website has some certifitcate
issues, so you have to convince firefox it is ok to open.
so when you go to:
https://aoprals.state.gov/web920/per_diem.asp
you get a nasty error page.

1. Click on Advanced
2. Click Add Exception

Firefox will open a pop-up window:

A. Check the box to permanently store the exception so you don't get
nasty page squawking at you so alarmingly in the future
B. click Confirm Security Exception

In Chrome, you'll get a nasty page with an advanced button. Click
Advanced and then you'll see a tiny link that allows you to proceed
to the website.
