I'm having the same problem with one of my submissions and I have a
call in to a specific person at the helpdesk. I'll get back to you
w/the result. I really don't see an answer to your issue. I really
see it as an issue that Fastlane must fix. <br>

well and hopefully may assist us with the issue at hand. We
recently submitted two new 5 year Cooperative Agreements
through Fastlane for the R/V Armstrong and for the R/V
Atlantis. Subsequently we updated both agreements. On
Friday, Dave Stephens attempted to finalize these in
Fastlane and received an error. Again today, after the
Program Director, Rose Dufour said reviewers were removed
(and therefore we should be able to complete the submission)
Dave received the same error. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I have included
the most recent email from Rose indicating that reviewers
were removed.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>

much like to submit the updated agreements asap. Will you
please contact me or Dave Stephens directly if you have any
insight? My only guess at this point is that Fastlane needs
to refresh and that refresh takes time, possibly overnight?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
