We recently submitted two new 5 year Cooperative Agreements through Fastlane for the R/V Armstrong and for the R/V Atlantis. Subsequently we updated both agreements. On Friday, Dave Stephens attempted to finalize these in Fastlane and received an error. Again today, after the Program Director, Rose Dufour said reviewers were removed (and therefore we should be able to complete the submission) Dave received the same error. </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>I have included the most recent email from Rose indicating that reviewers were removed.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>We’d all very much like to submit the updated agreements asap.
