<p class="MsoNormal"><b><u><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The 5pm NSF deadline is being strictly enforced. We cannot guarantee submission on Tuesday February 16<sup>th</sup> if there are multiple proposals being submitted to GCS. We need to be aware that NSF
Fastlane may have slow server issues due to the high volume and the new strict 5pm deadline.<o:p></o:p></span></u></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">All COI forms need to be complete for 2015 prior to submission. We still have many outstanding COI’s. Please check that all personnel listed on the proposal have submitted their 2015 COI form.
