Hi Flex-ers -

We just sent this out to our PIs. I'm forwarding it to you in case
you find it helpful. I've been in a bit of a dither over what to do
about the Collabs/co-auths section; this is what I suggested for
Chemistry - the PIs continue to think of their Bios as before, and
we (the APs) will strip off and check collabs/co-auths, etc., and
upload a Single Copy document.

As for the Project Summary and special characters....as you may
remember, I was a big proponent of saying my Summary had special
characters in it, and uploading a PDF. I *swear* that even
non-"special" characters (", ?, etc.) would cause problems. I will
have to change my ways if I don't see superscripts and other truly
"special" characters, but I'm going to be aware that non-special
characters may cause me problems.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Best Regards,
Sheila
