ONR has just published it's new BAA for FY 2010. I have already made
some calls to Brenda Pickett at ONR RE instructions.<br>
<br>
Page 15 - Include Proposal Checklist (see attached form). <br>
Include a
statement regarding reporting requirements.<br>
<br>
Page 16 - Current & Pending. The items listed 1-10 are required on
the C&P. It looks like we are going to have another version of the
C&P.<br>
<br>
Page 17 - Subawards. A detailed cost proposal is required to be
submitted by the subrecipient(s) either via a sealed envelope or
emailed directly to the Program Office & business POC at the same
time the prime proposal is submitted. It appears the R & R
Subaward Budget Attachment(s) Form is gone.<br>
<br>
Those are some of the things that jumped out at me when I first read
the announcement. <br>

Maybe it's time for a meeting?<br>
