Problem<o:p></o:p></u></b></div>

<div class="MsoNormal">It has been discovered that one RU application
submitted to
NSF via the FastLane system over the week of February 16<sup>th</sup>
was
incorrectly linked to a proposal of another institution.<span style="">
</span>FastLane was notified and has
determined that this error occurred during the system problems that
occurred
over the course of that week.<span style="">
</span>Unfortunately, FastLane is unable to fix the problem from their
end and
additional steps are required to take care of this.</div>

<div class="MsoNormal">ORSP is strongly suggesting that all PI’s who
submitted
applications during the week of February 16<sup>th</sup> (and in
particular on
February 17th) please log into FastLane, do a “proposal status” check,<span
style=""> </span>make sure your proposal is there and verify
that it is not incorrectly linked to another proposal.<span style=""> </span>If
you discover there is an error with
the status of your proposal, please contact your program officer
immediately
and copy your grant specialist. </div>

<div class="MsoNormal">We must have permission from the program officer
to proceed
with any actions in FastLane if there are linking errors.<br>
