the same data tables.  A proposal begun and worked on in one site will
be seen and can be worked on within the other site.

A number of our department Administrative Professionals, the ones
responsible for preparing proposals in FastLane, have expressed an
interest in testing the new version of FastLane.   If they create a
proposal there, will SRO still receive emails about submissions and will
