              API's, however some basic python understanding is
              necessary, using libraries and basics of the pandas
              library.</li>

          <p>Registration is required (there is no registration fee);
            each workshop is limited to 20 participants. For technical
            staff we have a total of 10 awards of partial support
            available (i.e., 5 per workshop) and will provide through
            random drawing on Mon. October 25 if more than 10 requests.</p>
