Join WHOI's Ocean Informatics initiative for a “Lunch and Learn”
on Friday, April 13, at noon in Clark 507. Ivan Lima (MC&G)
will show how he used topic modeling to discover topics in NSF
ocean sciences awards over the past three decades and identify
trends in the different topics and their funding. Come see his
results - and how he did it - using text mining with natural
language processing then modeling with machine learning. Limited
pizza will be provided. You are welcome to bring your lunch if
you come a little late. <br>
