Note: to explain the concept of "scientific workflow" - these are
all the steps that you take to acquire, process, and analyze data. A
workflow can be documented as a series of steps, like a protocol
which you write out in words or diagram (e.g., first paper above),
or it can be an executable set of scripts that run in software
(e.g., second paper above).<br>
