Many of you may be aware that OOI data went "live" last week. I am
fwd'ing the announcement below.<br>

OOI Coastal Arrays Workshop</a> last week and learned about OOI
data access:<br>

I would like to share some of what I learned last week from the
OOI data team.<br>
If you are interested, please <b>join me for a one-hour, hands-on
session in Smith Conf. Room on Weds., Jan. 20, noon to 1pm</b>.<br>
Please bring your laptop or tablet.<br>
I am thinking that I will organize this session as follows: start
with a 15-min overview, then 15-min for you to explore on your own
their Data Portal or work with data from their THREDDS server,
then we will re-group for 15-min to answer questions and have some
discussion, and then I will stay for the remaining 15-min to help
with individual questions. <br>

the time series plotting function are preliminary and subject
to change as the team continues their quality control
