<div>I am writing to find people interested in the apartment my wife and I are vacating in mid-December. I am currently advertising it myself because we are hoping for someone to take it over before our lease officially ends. The apartment should be available
in mid-January, still waiting to hear exactly from the landlord.</div>

<div>It is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath, ~1000 square foot apartment in Cataumet MA (right across from the Daily Brew!). Easy commute to WHOI by car and the north end of the bike path if you are up for it (I ride my e-bike to work often). It is unfurnished; I unfortunately
only have photos of it furnished. In unit washer and dryer. Heat and stove is all electric. Really nice kitchen for an apartment this size. Also features a small balcony which is nice in the spring/summer/fall. New construction so we haven't had any major
struggles with appliances. Plenty of parking. Year-round lease, no summer shuffle. Our rent is $2100, so priced more ideal for a dual income couple. There are also garages on the property that may be available to rent. Not sure on pets (we don't have any),
but you may be able to negotiate something. It's managed by a rental company which in my experience has been very easy to deal with. Property manager has been really friendly/responsive/helpful and otherwise leaves us alone. It isn't on the market yet - as
I mentioned we are looking for someone to takeover before our lease officially ends.</div>
