<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#222222">I will be traveling from mid-December 2022 until mid/late-June 2023. I would be happy to sublet my beautiful apartment in East Falmouth (very close to sandwich road, 15 min drive from Quissett Campus) to a fellow
postdoc for either the whole time or for a few weeks.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#222222">The rent is 500$/week, including all utilities. Price is negotiable depending on the length of the stay. The apartment is a spacious and illuminated 1-bedroom unit attached to the main house with a separate entrance
and parking space. The neighbors are the sons of the landlords and are very nice and quiet (you won’t interact with them unless you want to).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#222222">The apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen includes all appliances (including a Roomba), and you could potentially also use my car.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#222222">They request that tenants don't smoke, and pets are not allowed.
