We are currently looking for a new housemate starting April 1 with a year round lease. This is a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with WHOI JP students/Post docs/Engineers. The house is located on Sippewissett Rd and is close to the beach (1
mile), bike path (~500 ft away, located at mile 5), Falmouth (5 min drive) and Woods Hole (10 min drive). The rental is for 1 bedroom in a house share. This bedroom is quite large and has space to make it your own personal living space with a sofa/table/desk,
etc. The common spaces include a bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room. There is an in-house washer/dryer, basement, parking space, and yard with a garden, BBQ, and firepit. Newly finished hardwood floors, modern furniture, and updated kitchen. There
is air conditioning (we have never had summer mold, knock on wood!), and the house is run on Solar Power. Sorry, no pets or drugs welcomed.

Please let me know if you or anyone you know is interested. I can provide photos and/or a video tour. We are looking for another young professional that is excited to live in a communal environment.
