Sippewissett Rd near Wood Neck Beach (8-10 min drive to Quissett or Village and similar drive to grocery stores). It has easy access to the bike path (~5mile mark, 20 min bike to Quissett, 30 min bike to village) and parking, laundry, yard, fire pit, grill, etc. Each rental is for a room and there is shared use of the common spaces in the house (i.e. kitchen, bathrooms, dinning room, living room). The house has new hardwood floors, AC, recently renovated kitchen, and pretty new furniture. The other tenants are JP students or research assistants at WHOI/MBL. Two friends/a couple looking to rent both rooms is definitely welcomed.</div><div><br></div><div>Please email me (<a href="mailto:kgrabb@whoi.edu" target="_blank">kgrabb@whoi.edu</a>) if you (or anyone else you know) are interested and I am happy to share further details and pictures.</div><div><br></div><div>Good luck with housing!</div><div><br>Kalina</div></div>
