I immediately thought of you, as I'd heard that the PDA was involved with writing the post doc letter on the topics of diversity & inclusion that went to the Board/admin. Ideally we're looking for post docs who might be here for another 1-2 years, so that they'd have time to sink their teeth into improving diversity, equity, and inclusion during WHOI's recruiting process. This committee intends to focus on recruitment at all levels, and will likely meet about once a month (depending on need). We're in the process of forming this committee, so our plan of action for addressing long-term goals is still evolving.
