Here's the info:<br></div><div><br></div>The 1 Locust Street apartment is called a 1.5 bedroom apartment--one of
the bedrooms is very small (perfect for a single guest). The apartment
is split level (kitchen and bathroom on one floor, bedrooms and living
room on another) and located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a large
historic building. The location cannot be beat. <div> </div><div><div>Rent:
Right now it is $1295/ month and that includes heat, electricity,
water and snow removal. The apartment has a washer and dryer in the
kitchen. The apartment comes with a small, shared back deck. I highly
*suspect* that the owners will want to raise the rent for the next
tenant to cover the rising cost of heat, but cannot be sure. </div><div><br></div><div>Furnishings:
The apartment came partially furnished. At the time of my initial
renting Peggy and Livio Freitas (the landlords) offered to have the
apartment furnished as much or as little as I wanted. </div><div><br></div></div><div>Pets: I was allowed my two cats in the apartment.
