<div dir="ltr">Hi all,<br><br>I will be away 10 days and would like to sublet my flat from July 3rd to July 14th.<br><br>The
 flat is located in West Falmouth (#9 Lindsley Road in Google) near the 
bike path to Woods Hole (approx 7 miles), 1/2 mile to the Chapoquoit 
beach, and about a 1/4 mile to library, market. I love this place, so 
close to the beach, to the West Falmouth market, looking at trees 
through the windows and with very nice landlords, Ship and Susan. The 
rent is 75$ per night with a minimum stay of a week. It includes heat, 
electric, and internet/TV, AC. It is ideally for one person or a couple 
and no pet. The Apt is in the lower half of my landlords home (separated
 form the rest of the house by a door) with lots of windows and it has 
its own entrance which comes up from the lower driveway through the
