<p>We are moving, which means that the house that we have been
renting is available starting September 1st for a year-round
rental. The house is situated behind St. Patrick's Church off of
Main Street in Falmouth, is 1/2 of a duplex (2 bedrooms, 1 bath,
living room, dining room, kitchen, basement washer/dryer, big
fenced in yard, sunroom, deck), and comes with a garage (snow-free
car!) and a large unfinished basement (storage!). We have
absolutely loved living here -- the house gets tons of sun, is on
a quiet street within walking distance of Surf Drive beach, Main
Street, and the Island Queen ferry, and is biking distance to WHOI
(15 minutes along the bike path/Surf Drive to Quisset campus).<br>

Rich and Ellen McCarthy are fantastic landlords who has been
responsive and helpful. They are hoping to continue renting to
someone at WHOI and asked that we ask around. Rent is $1550/mo,
plus utilities. If you are interested or have questions, feel free
