Program course on climate change 'Climate Change Science: Facts, <br>
Questions, Controversies and Communication' here at WHOI in upcoming
spring semester. (We will meet once a week<br>
for 1.5 hours, but we do not know the specific schedule yet.) A
description of the course is attached. <br>

</i><i> </i><i>This course is open to WHOI postdocs, as well as to
JP students, and we hope some of you are interested in joining. </i><i><br>
</i><i> </i><i><i>Please note that this year we will have a special
version of this course focused on reading the newly released
IPCC report, <br>
so </i>those</i><i><i> who have taken the course already but
are interested in reading the new IPCC report are welcome. <br>
</i><br>
</i><i>Because this course is primarily based on 'student'
involvement and discussion, however, we do ask that if you join us
you <br>
also commit to doing the small amount of work required
(contributing to several group presentations, short written
assignments <br>
and a final project). </i><br>
